O ne of Advance Concepts' most important functions for some clients has been the videotaping and duplication of the majority of meetings for post-event sale and distribution. Offering standard DVD as well as international standards conversions, at some conferences we have provided a selection of over 300 hours of tape, that encompassed more than 77 sessions, lectures and live cases. Duplicates were shipped to six continents, all within a few weeks after the close of the conference. .

Since much of this type of work is now online, we have a process which allows us to combine the visuals from PowerPoint/Keynote with the actual speaker audio into small yet high resolution web-friendly files for after-conference distribution.
