F ifteen years ago, after seeing one of our successful meetings in action, the CEO of Federal Realty approached us about supporting their communications. We've been working with them ever since. FRIT needed visuals that didn't just show numbers and charts, they needed to show off their unique properties and new acquisitions. By photographing the actual sites, from the ground and the air, assembling eye-catching visuals, and finally actually staging the meeting, we support FRIT on their annual shareholders' meeting, insuring that their properties and their company look great. When FRIT expanded their portfolio to include more street retail properties like Bethesda Row, Santana Row, and Pentagon Row, Advance Concepts was there from the planning stages to record the progress and provide photographs and graphics at a moments notice.
