Charter Oak Partners wanted to add a little pizzazz to their annual employee meeting. So in addition to picking a gorgeous and fun location, Park City, Utah, they asked us to create a video for the final day's meeting. Armed with a Digital Camera and two computers, our photographer flew out with them and shot hundreds of photos of their attendees at work (and at play) for three days. After editing the video on site throughout the meeting, the attendees went down to breakfast on the fourth day and got a visual and musical retrospective of the events of the previous days, right up to the night before.

We picked the best 150 photos, created a musical soundtrack that fit the theme of their meeting, and designed custom graphics to cement the lessons they had learned. It was was a rousing success.
