Advance Concepts manages a Speaker-Ready room at many of the conferences we support. These rooms are equipped with multiple computer stations that allow presenters to setup, preview and modify their presentations; and if necessary to receive one-on-one help with our experts to make sure that the presentation runs flawlessly when the time comes. Presentations stored on laptops, CD-ROM, DVD and memory stick formats are accepted.

Advance Concepts uses Advance Presentation Link (APL), our custom presentation management software system, in our Speaker-Ready Rooms. APL, which allows the presenter to directly transfer their files to a secure network, is designed to automatically insure that presentations are immediately available in the appropriate meeting room. This is an efficient and easy-to-use system for your faculty, which creates less demand on technical assistance for the presenters and results in a more efficient use of the presenters’ valuable time in the speaker-ready room. The software offers real time feedback regarding the status of every presentation and provides a communication link between the speaker ready room and presentation room. This communication is critical when a presenter needs to make a last minute change to their presentation or has a specific requirement for the room technician. Used at multiple medical and corporate meetings, this system has proved to be a valuable and necessary tool in presentation flow and management.
