A long-time Advance Concepts’ client, Complete Conference Management, requested a method to view presentations on personal PC laptops during a live presentation. They provided a concept and vision, and Advance Concepts’ expertise provided the solution – a live Wi-Fi network used on-site at medical conferences such as ISET and All That Jazz.

This ground-breaking system brings the attendees of a meeting closer to the presentations than ever before - literally! Attendees can now view the presentations that are being given, directly on their own laptop, at the same time as the presentation is being given. With this new service, conference attendees can follow on with the presenter and become more engaged with the information.

Here’s how it works: In addition to the organization, staging and speaker preparation that Advance Concepts specializes in, we also set up a wireless network that is active in each meeting. All participants of the event, including presenters and attendees, can ‘hook up’ to this network through their wireless-enabled laptop and ‘download’ any presentation that is available. All one has to do is connect to the network, browse the Advance Concepts built web pages created specifically for that conference and view any presentation available. It’s just that easy!

Advance Concepts has created a stable, robust, and efficient wireless network that can handle thousands of connections. Each person connecting to the network will be able to ‘surf’ through the meeting’s schedule and download with ease.
